El Paso Resources and Service Learning Agencies: Title

Searching the catalog by Title, means that the computer will look through the titles of all of the books/videos to match the words you entered in the title search box.

A listing of books/videos with that name will be retrieved. Click on the title you would like to see.

To search for books and videos by the title:

1. Go to the Library Catalog.
2. Click on Title.
3. Enter the Title of the item in the search box. (Example: La Chihuahuita)
4. The catalog will look for all of the items for titles that match.
5. A listing of itemsmatching your title will be listed.
6. Look through the items to find the one you would like to see.
7. Click on the title of the book you would like to see.

You can search for a book by its entire title or just the first couple of words in the title.

If you are not sure of the entire title, use a Keyword search and enter the words you know to see if you can find the book.
