An information literate person can be characterized as a person who has a set of skills and qualities to efficiently locate information sources while understanding their significance and credibility for use. An information-literate person can recognize the need for a source, an example being in a class, and have the ability to efficiently locate and assess those sources. As a college student there are a variety of sources you can use. This guides purpose is to inform you about various sources available to you as an El Paso Community College student.
