El Paso Community College (EPCC) Technical Support highly recommends using EPCC's existing ecosystem of online and desktop software tools and applications (such as Blackboard, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Adobe Cloud Applications, Sophos protection, etc.). EPCC is aware that there are some fantastic educational technology tools out there, but it takes a tedious vetting process to ensure they have responsible student data handling policies and accessibility. The best option in times of disruption is to stick with the tools which EPCC Information Technology Division (IT), Distance Learning Services (DLSS) and the Technology Resources Center (TRC) have already vetted and subscribe to. Therefore, this LibGuide is not an all inclusive of online tools, but to assist EPCC Faculty and Students to provide a holistic approach to learning through integrated software applications to help students succeed. In addition, this guide provides guidance and information to receive guidance technical support by EPCC.

Visit epcc.edu go to the department’s web page and look for the “Get Connected” link to get live chat assistance during the hours of operation, or click on the links below.
