Children's Resources

An online collection of resources for preschool and school-aged children to use from home.

High School

Students in high school can use many resources to learn and present their information as well as impressing their classmates and teachers. There are many resources listed in the tabs to the left that can assist students in 9th-12th with gathering more information and learning about the world around them. The Fun and Helpful Tools tab should also be checked out because there are plenty of free tools that can be used online for collaboration and presentation.  undefined

4Tests is just one of several free online test preparation sites that can help you get ready to get into college. Progress can also be saved so that you can always return and continue where you left off. 

CommonLIT

CommonLIT has a whole free library of fiction and nonfiction for high school readers. There are parent resources as well for each reading to help get parents involved. 

Codecademy

Codecademy is a great place for tech-savvy kids, older students and adults of any age to begin to learn how to code. The account is free and progress will be saved. 

ck-12

This website has excellent material for all subjects for all grades and progress can be saved. There are simulations and graphics that can be manipulated for better understanding.
