1. Enter your words in the search box and click search.
2. A listing of books and periodical articles will be retrieved.
3. Look through the list and click on the title of the books you would like to see.
4. When the book you clicked on opens on the screen, you can see the title, author, publisher, and date it was published.

The Ebsco Discovery Service allows you to search for books, audio-visual materials and articles from one search portal!

To search for books and videos using subjects:

1. Go to the Library Catalog.
2. Click on Advanced Search.
3. Change the pull-down menu to select Subject.
4. Enter the main idea of your topic in the search box. (Example: Stress Management).
5. In the results list, you can further limit by Tag  (Example: Stress Management for Women) or Related Searches.
6. The typical results list will show the first three books followed by three articles, then back to other books/eBooks.
7. When the book you clicked on opens on the screen, you can see the title, author, publisher, and date it was published.
8. You can also see the location, call number, and whether it is available at the library.

Did you know that you can limit your search to a particular campus?

On the left side of the results list, you can limit the search by scrolling down until you see Collection, then click/select the campus of choice. You can also limit your search by format, language, publish date, etc.

Did you know that you can request a book from another campus?

Just fill out a form at your campus library and it will be sent to your campus. (Takes a few days to arrive.)
