  • Programs for all patrons: Libraries offer programs that help patrons with many needs such as GED classes and programs for children
  • Library orientations: Academic libraries offer students orientations so that they know how to take advantage of the services

  • There are many types of programs that libraries offer. Programs sometimes depend on the type of libraries. 
  • Public libraries often offer reading clubs for children, youth, and adults.
  • They offer GED, computer literacy programs, and ESL classes. 
  • Some libraries offer job searching strategy classes, citizenship classes
