Faculty Guide: Open Educational Resources (OER): Creating OER

This form is intended for Faculty wanting to try a ready-to-use OER from a third party host like Lumen Leaning.

This form is also for first time users who need additional time to adapt an existing resource or combine several resources to create something that meets the need of their course and is not currently available as an OER.

Use this form when electing to use an OER resource for a course which another faculty member as already used for that course (only the faculty member is new to the process) or when evaluating OER resources which have been used in the past, but may need updating or reconsideration.

Use this form when using OER that is outside a third-party vendor like Lumen Learning.
