EPCC Resources: Academic Computing Services (ACS)

Academic Computing Services provides and maintains the computer labs located at each campus.

• ACS labs have 1,000 brand-new PC’s with powerful CPU and increased memory.
• The labs are equipped with 66 cutting-edge printers for use
• Each lab is equipped with additional peripherals such as scanners.
• There are seven computer labs throughout the district.
• Computer labs can help students with their usernames and passwords.
• Laptops are available for students to checkout district wide.
• Must be a current EPCC student enrolled in credit courses.
• Must have 2 forms of ID: EPCC ID and State ID/DL
• 3 hour, 24 hour or weekend borrowing limits

Students have free access to Microsoft Office 365

• Install on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad!)
• Use with OneDrive for automatic device syncing

Faculty and staff can purchase Microsoft Office at a reduced rate.

• Students/faculty must present valid EPCC ID
• All students, faculty, and staff must sign in/out when using the lab.
• ID checks may be conducted.  Keep ID ready at all times.
• No food, open/unopened drinks, or snacks are permitted.

• Printing is limited to EPCC school related assignments.
• Printing is limited to 15 double sided prints (total 30) per visit.
• If you are required to print more than 15 pages, please speak to an ACS staff member.
