Instructional Service Centers (ISCs) are located at all campuses and centers. ISC services support faculty and other related personnel. They provide services such as copying, typing, laminating and binding.
ISCs also house campus mailboxes and sell paper to College departments.
An ISC Work Request Form must be filled out to request services or an ISC Supply Form for paper.

You can request customized library instruction sessions geared towards the needs of your class. You can also utilize the reserve service in which you can place items on reserve in the library for your students to use. Many of the library's resources including eBooks and Online Databases (articles) are available online 24/7 for both you and your students. There is a College Mail Distribution Center at each ISC located at Northwest, Rio Grande, Transmountain, Valle Verde and Mission del Paso campuses and at the Administrative Service Center, Building B. Faculty and staff may arrange for assignment of a mailbox/mail folder at the campus ISC of their choice. Part-time faculty must request a mail folder at the beginning of each semester and summer sessions. Employees should notify the campus ISC if their location is changed so that mail may be properly forwarded. |
All students, faculty and staff that will drive and park a vehicle on college owned facilities must register their vehicle with the EPCC Police Department Traffic and receive a parking decal.

The Technology Resource Center provides services and resources to help faculty and staff become more effective and creative. Individual instruction and assistance is available. The Technology Resource Center has three locations to serve you; Valle Verde, Transmountain, and Rio Grande. The Valle Verde and Rio Grande TRCs are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Transmountain is open Monday thru Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
All TRCs are equipped with computer workstations, printers, scanners and FAX machines. Phones are provided for out-going calls only. The TRC is a faculty work area and not intended for faculty/student interaction; students are not allowed in the TRC.
TRC staff is available to provide assistance. Technology workshops are offered to the district on a wide variety of topics. Arrangements can be made for workshops to be conducted at any location.

Test centers are at each of the five campuses so there is always a test center near you and helpful, courteous staff waiting to assist you. Our GED Testing Center (at the Administrative Services Center) is the only GED center in the El Paso area.
