Citing Borderlands Articles
In APA style, in general, the first word of the article title and subtitle are the only ones capitalized except in examples such as these where there are proper names. Examples:

Karam, E. (2007/08). Ted Karam: Lebanese immigrant lived American dream. Borderlands 26 . Retrieved from http://epcc.libguides.com/borderlands
In MLA style, major words in the title are capitalized. Examples:
